How long does delivery take?

Delivery takes place within the delivery time specified on the respective product page after your order – usually 2–3 business days. Shipping is done with DHL within Germany, and you will conveniently receive tracking information by email so you can track your order at any time.

What does shipping cost?

Free shipping from €100 (shipping fee below). For orders over €100, we deliver free of charge within Germany. For orders below this amount, a shipping fee applies, which will be shown to you at checkout. Fatbikes cost more than €100 and are therefore always shipped free of charge; the fee mainly applies to small parts and accessories. We ship with DHL, and you will receive tracking information by email.

Can I return my order (withdrawal)?

Important: keep the original box and all packaging materials

If your e-bike was delivered in a box, it must be returned completely (100%) in that same original box with all original protective materials. Keep the box and packaging materials until the end of the return period. Missing or unsuitable packaging may result in additional costs and compensation for demonstrable loss of value or transport damage where permitted by law. Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.

Yes. You have a legal right of withdrawal for 14 days. The delivery to you is free of charge; you bear the cost of the return shipment as the customer. For bulky goods that cannot be shipped by parcel (e.g., a complete e-bike), the fixed return rate for an e-bike to every country outside the Netherlands and Belgium is €150. Please consider these costs before declaring your withdrawal.

Which payment methods are accepted?

You can conveniently and securely pay with Klarna (Invoice & Installment Payment, 0% Interest), Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and prepayment (bank transfer). This way, you can find the right payment method for every situation.

  • Prepayment (bank transfer): You transfer the amount in advance to our account. As soon as the payment is received, we will ship your order. You will receive the bank details and your order number as the payment reference after placing your order.

What warranty and guarantee do I get?

All products come with the statutory warranty under EU consumer law (at least 2 years). Additionally, you receive a manufacturer’s warranty: 3 years on the frame, 1 year on parts and battery. Please note: The statutory warranty and the voluntary manufacturer’s warranty are legally distinct and apply alongside each other – the warranty does not limit your statutory rights.

Is the bike assembled or delivered in a box?

Your pedelec is delivered mostly pre-assembled in the box. Only a few steps are needed to get it ready to ride (e.g., align the handlebars, attach the pedals, adjust the saddle, and if necessary, secure the front wheel). Instructions are included; the required tools are usually part of the delivery.

What about the battery and range?

The actual range depends on several factors, including assistance level, terrain, rider weight, tire pressure, wind, and outside temperature. Specific information on battery capacity and range can be found on the respective product page. Charge the battery at room temperature if possible and store it dry to ensure a long lifespan.

Are the pedelecs street legal (StVZO)? Do I need a driver's license?

All our pedelecs are 100% street legal: They deliver 250 W, offer pedal assistance up to 25 km/h, and comply with the requirements of StVZO/EN 15194. This means they are legally classified as bicycles – you do not need a driver's license or insurance plate and can use bike paths normally.
