Lowest Price Guarantee at Gofatbike

Have you found exactly the same Fatbike, folding bike, or e-bike cheaper at an official dealer? Let us know before you order. If the other shop meets the conditions below, we will match the price. This way, you never pay too much with us and still shop safely.

How it works

  • Send us a message via the WhatsApp button at the bottom of this page before placing your order.
  • Share the product link and a screenshot showing the price, availability, and URL.
  • We check if the offer is correct and if the shop meets all conditions.
  • If everything fits, we match the price and give you a personal confirmation to order.

Conditions

The lowest price guarantee applies only if all the following points are met:

  • Before your order. You notify us of the cheaper offer before you order. If you have already ordered, we cannot adjust or refund the price afterward.
  • Official dealer. The other shop is an official, authorized dealer of the brand with its own online shop. No marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, Kaufland, or AliExpress, no private sellers, and no auction, flash sale, or members-only offers.
  • At least 100 reviews. The shop has at least 100 reviews on Trustpilot or Trusted Shops. This ensures you are dealing with a genuine, active shop.
  • Exactly the same product. Same brand, same model, same version, color, and specifications. New, not used, refurbished, display, or demo models.
  • In stock. The product is in stock at the other shop and directly orderable and deliverable.
  • The total price counts. We compare the total price including VAT and shipping costs to your country, not just the sticker price.
  • Verifiable offer. The offer is online at the time of your request and verifiable for us via a working link or a clear screenshot.
  • Delivery to your country. The other shop delivers the product to the same country where you order from us.

What the lowest price guarantee does not cover

  • Marketplaces and platforms like Amazon, eBay, Kaufland, AliExpress, and Temu.
  • Used, refurbished, display, demo, or B-stock products.
  • Auction, group buy, flash sale, or members-only prices.
  • Obvious pricing errors or typos at the other shop.
  • Prices valid only with a discount code, cashback, collective promotion, bundle, or gift.
  • Business or B2B prices, employee, student, or other group discounts.
  • Our own promotions and discount codes cannot be combined with the lowest price guarantee.

Beware of extremely low prices

A price that sounds too good to be true often is. With unknown or foreign sellers, you risk gray imports without valid warranty, counterfeits, missing service, or a shop that is unreachable after your payment. That’s why our clear condition: an official dealer with at least 100 reviews on Trustpilot or Trusted Shops. If a shop does not meet this, that is exactly the reason not to order there.
