Gofatbike is a pure online shop for Fatbikes and E-Bikes. No physical store, no showroom, no unnecessary middlemen – but our own warehouse, fast shipping, and personal service. We buy in large quantities, keep our costs low, and pass this advantage on to you in the form of fair prices. This way, you get a high-quality, road-legal pedelec without paying extra for expensive store rents and elaborate marketing.

Gofatbike is a Dutch online shop based in Apeldoorn (Netherlands). We started with a simple conviction: a good Fatbike doesn’t have to be expensive. Today, over 15,000 satisfied customers trust us – people who know exactly what they want and don’t want to pay more than necessary for quality.

What We Stand For

Our claim is simple: good Fatbikes and E-Bikes, fair prices, and a shopping experience that is transparent from start to finish. We stand for this every day.

  • 100% road-legal pedelecs. All our bikes are pedelecs with a motor power of 250 W and pedal assistance up to 25 km/h. They meet the requirements of the StVZO as well as the EN 15194 standard and are therefore approved for road use in Germany.
  • Fair prices. We save on store rents and elaborate distribution channels, not on quality. We pass this advantage directly on to you.
  • Own warehouse. What is available on our site is actually in stock with us. No dropshipping, no long waits for restocking.
  • Fast shipping. From an order value of €100, we deliver free of charge within Germany with DHL. We always ship Fatbikes free of shipping costs; a shipping fee may only apply to smaller orders under €100 and will be shown to you at checkout. Usually, your order will be with you within 2–3 working days.
  • Personal service. Questions before or after purchase? Our team is available by phone and email and will find a solution for you.

How We Work

Everything runs through our own warehouse. What you order is in stock and goes directly to you. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking by email, so you can track your delivery at any time.

Behind Gofatbike is a small, well-coordinated team that takes care of purchasing, warehousing, shipping, and customer service every day. We are deliberately lean: short distances, clear responsibilities, and a direct line to you.

Shipping, Returns, and Warranty

Important: keep the original box and all packaging materials

If your e-bike was delivered in a box, it must be returned completely (100%) in that same original box with all original protective materials. Keep the box and packaging materials until the end of the return period. Missing or unsuitable packaging may result in additional costs and compensation for demonstrable loss of value or transport damage where permitted by law. Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.

We want you to order from us with confidence. That’s why our most important terms are clear and without fine print:

Shipping Free shipping from €100 with DHL within Germany. We always deliver Fatbikes free of shipping costs; for orders under €100, a shipping fee applies and will be shown at checkout. Tracking via email.
Delivery time Usually 2–3 working days. The exact information can be found on the respective product page (this is decisive).
Right of withdrawal You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For a full refund, your Fatbike should be returned in the condition of a test ride — that is, driven no more than about 5 km, like a test round in a store, and in the original packaging as you received it. If the Fatbike has been used beyond that (more kilometers, not repackaged in the original packaging), we may deduct a depreciation from the refund. Shipping to us is free for you; you bear the return shipping costs. Since an E-Bike is bulky and cannot be sent as a normal package, the fixed return rate for an e-bike to every country outside the Netherlands and Belgium is €150. We inform you of this in advance so there are no surprises. All details can be found in our cancellation policy.
Warranty & Guarantee The statutory warranty under EU consumer law applies (at least 2 years). Additionally, you receive a manufacturer’s guarantee: 3 years on the frame, 1 year on parts and battery. The voluntary guarantee does not restrict your statutory rights.
Payment methods Klarna (invoice & installment payment, 0% interest), Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and prepayment (bank transfer).

What We Are Not

We are not a specialist dealer with on-site advice and not a local workshop. If you are looking for a personal test ride in a store or a repair at a dealer nearby, we are not the right contact. We are for everyone who wants a good, road-legal Fatbike at a fair price and prefers to handle the purchase conveniently and transparently online.
