Fill out this form, and we will contact you within 24 hours to arrange a suitable date for servicing your Fatbike. In most cases, this can be done within 1 to 2 business days. Our technician will then visit your home to service your Fatbike.

On-site maintenance

The mechanic will come to you, whether at your home or workplace, to professionally service your Fatbike. Our mechanic brings all the necessary tools and parts, allowing the maintenance to be carried out completely on site. The service is thorough and efficient, and takes approximately 45 minutes on average. During this time, all important components of your Fatbike are inspected, cleaned, and adjusted or replaced if necessary. This ensures that your Fatbike is in optimal condition and ready to use.

Basic maintenance package

Lubricate the chain and adjust the brakes

• • Tighten all nuts, bolts, bottom bracket, and wheel axles
• • Serviced in the workshop within 45 minutes

Premium maintenance package

Replace brake pads (front & rear)

• • Thoroughly inspect the Fatbike
• • Tighten all nuts, bolts, bottom bracket, and wheel axles
• • Serviced in our workshop within 45 minutes
• • Adjust the gears.
• • Battery check
• • Check the lights.
• • Inflate the tires.
• • Lubricate the chain and adjust the brakes

Deluxe maintenance package

Replace the brake pads (front & rear)

• • Fully inspect the Fatbike
• • Tighten all nuts, bolts, bottom bracket, and wheel axles
• • Service directly on-site within 45 minutes
• • Adjust the gears.
• • Lubricate all bolts, nuts, bottom bracket, wheel axles, and the chain.
• • Check the lights.
• • Inflate the tires.
• • Replace the front & rear tires.
• • Clean the Fatbike (restore it to like-new condition)
• • Lubricate the chain and adjust the brakes
