Description

The OUXI V8 Pro Max Skinny Bike shows various accessories in the photos. Please note: these accessories are not included as standard. They are optional and can be ordered separately when customizing the bike.

The OUXI V8 Pro Max Skinny combines the familiar, rugged design of the V8 with narrow tires and a slim frame. While the classic V8 rides on fat tires, this Skinny version is made for the city and the road. Thanks to the narrower tires, you experience less rolling resistance, smoother rides on asphalt and bike paths, and better control in traffic. This makes the model ideal for commuting and daily use.

Comfort and reliability come first: a sturdy frame, a large saddle, and thoughtful details ensure a pleasant riding experience, ride after ride. The OUXI V8 Pro Skinny is agile, efficient, and built to last.

The bike can be delivered ready to ride and is easy to assemble, so you can hit the road quickly! It also features a built-in alarm.

OUXI V8 Pro Max Skinny Bike at GOfatbike

The OUXI V8 Pro Max Skinny Bike takes the well-known V8 design but swaps the thick fatbike tires for narrow ones. The frame is slimmer, and the entire bike is more focused on city and road use than off-road terrain. You can see this in how it rides: smooth on asphalt, less bulky, and easier to steer in heavy traffic. You still sit upright, and the motor assists as soon as you pedal. In this article, we’ll go over what makes this skinny version enjoyable and where it’s less suitable.

Slim frame and comfort

The slim frame makes the bike manageable. You sit upright, with your hands on a comfortable handlebar, and the spacious saddle ensures longer rides remain pleasant. Because there’s less mass beneath you than on a true fatbike, the whole bike feels lighter and more agile. Accelerating at a stoplight is quicker, and you steer more easily through narrow passages. If you’re looking for the wide, heavy look of a fatbike, this isn’t your model. The Skinny opts for convenience and agility in traffic.

Range and battery

The battery is integrated into the frame and charges at home. How far you get on a single charge varies per ride. Your weight, the wind, the level of assistance, and how often you accelerate all play a role. So, expect a range margin rather than a fixed number. One advantage of the narrow tires is lower rolling resistance: you roll more easily, which saves energy over the long run. If you pedal well yourself, you can get some extra distance out of it.

Motor, speed, and regulations

The motor delivers 250W and supports speeds up to 25 km/h. You pedal yourself; there’s no throttle, and the assistance stops as soon as you stop pedaling. This keeps it a regular electric bike: no license, no registration, no helmet requirement. You hop on and go. We advise against tuning it for higher speeds. The bike then falls outside the legal category, and the brakes and frame aren’t built for higher speeds. Your warranty will also be voided. For city rides, the standard setting is perfect.

Tires, brakes, and riding feel

The narrow street tires are the big difference compared to a fatbike. They roll lighter, offer less resistance, and keep your line tight on asphalt and bike paths. In heavy traffic, they steer a bit more directly, which is nice if you often have to navigate between cars and pedestrians. The brakes grip well, even when it has rained. The downside of narrow tires: on gravel, sand, or a bumpy path, you have less cushioning and grip than on thick fatbike tires. If you stick to paved roads, this is hardly an issue.

Who is this model for

The V8 Pro Max Skinny is for those who mainly ride in the city and on the road and like a nimble, manageable bike. Commuting, shopping, and daily rides go smoothly with it. The upright seating position also makes it suitable for those who want to sit comfortably without the heavy fatbike look. To be fair: if you regularly ride on loose terrain or specifically want those wide tires, you’re better off with a regular fatbike. For city use, this is a light, practical choice.

Order at GOfatbike

If you’re unsure between the skinny and the regular fatbike, think about where you ride most: city and asphalt, or more often loose terrain. That usually makes the choice clear quickly. The V8 Pro Max Skinny Bike comes in several colors, so you can choose the look you like best. Also read the experiences of customers who already ride it. Have you made your choice? The OUXI V8 Pro Max Skinny Bike is available at GOfatbike.
