Motor, gears, and controls

The white 3W Premium features a Bafang mid-drive motor with 80Nm torque and a torque sensor for natural assistance, even at full throttle. Shifting is done with the Shimano Nexus hub with seven gears. The motor supports speeds up to 25 kilometers per hour and there is no throttle, so this is a regular electric bike: no license, registration, or helmet required. We advise against tuning the motor, as this would take the bike out of this category and the brakes and frame are not designed for that.

Brakes, safety, and equipment

Hydraulic Tektro disc brakes on all three wheels provide controlled braking, even when loaded and on wet roads. Automatic LED lights front and rear, reflective stripes on the tires, and an anti-slip layer on the pedals enhance safety, which is already good with the light white color. The ergonomic handlebar integrates with the cargo box for extra stability. The battery is secured with a lock and a BMS system. Weighing 59 kilos without the battery, the bike remains manageable.
