The 250W motor provides pedal assistance up to 25 km/h and cuts out above that, so you continue on your own power. There is no throttle: you move forward by pedaling, which means the M20 is considered a regular electric bike without a license, registration, or helmet requirement. Do not modify the bike to go faster; then it no longer counts as a regular e-bike, your warranty is void, and the brakes and batteries are not designed for that higher speed.

Comfort and adjustability

The M20 features suspension in the front fork and under the saddle, which absorbs much of the vibrations on bumpy roads and unpaved paths. This ensures a comfortable, smooth ride even on longer trips. The handlebars and saddle are easy to adjust, allowing you to tailor the bike to your height and posture. The frame is made of lightweight but sturdy aluminum and can support up to 150 kg, making the M20 suitable for many different riders. With the 7 Shimano gears, you can easily shift to a heavier or lighter gear, handy in headwinds or climbs. Keep the thick tires at the right pressure; this makes riding easier and maintains grip on loose sand and gravel.
