Looking for a city bike that gets you away from the traffic lights quickly and requires hardly any maintenance? The Luxe 2 combines a powerful mid-drive motor with a low-maintenance belt drive, so you can set off day after day without getting your hands dirty on a chain.
Comfortable riding on 28-inch wheels
The aluminium-alloy frame is light and stiff, with a City saddle from Velo that provides comfortable support on longer rides. The hydraulic front fork absorbs vibrations and features a lockout, so you can lock it on flat roads for direct pedalling power. The 28-inch CST tyres roll smoothly and keep you stable on the road. With frame sizes M and L, you can ride comfortably at a height of 160 to 190 cm.
Quick acceleration and safe braking
The 250W Ananda mid-drive motor delivers 100 Nm of torque, allowing you to accelerate effortlessly from a standstill and climb hills without having to work hard. You get pedal assistance up to 25 km/h, without a throttle, in five modes that adapt to your pedalling power. The 180 mm hydraulic Tektro disc brakes front and rear bring you to a quick, controlled stop, even in the rain. The LUX 40 headlight and rear light with brake light make you clearly visible in the dark.
Go further on a single charge
The 540 Wh Samsung battery (36V 15Ah) provides up to 70 km of range in the highest assistance mode and considerably more when you ride more economically. With the fast charger, it is fully charged again in about 3 hours. The internal 3-speed hub gear system shifts automatically, so you only need to focus on the road. The rear rack (MIK HD, up to 27 kg) makes it easy to carry your bags or groceries.
